Welcome to Ansett
Ansett in real life, flopped around September 2001 and has since been disbanded with all of its aircraft sold or redelivered. Ansett Aeronautica however, has a complicated history. The first Ansett was created about a year ago, but didn't gather much steam. The creator eventually gave the Discord server to Middy_37 for an airshow, and Ansett merged with Qantas as a subsidiary. When Dawg effectively kicked me from ownership of Air New Zealand, I turned to Ansett because they were a large airline that used to operate in New Zealand, but primarily Australia. I contacted the previous owner (Downunder) and we restarted Ansett. I was the CEO of Ansett New Zealand, while he was the CEO of Ansett Australia. After about a month of slow but steady growth, Down just left without saying anything. About a few months later he rejoined and was slow to explain why he left. It boils down to "I lost interest, but I'm back to see what's changed" so I gave him his role back as CEO, and he changed the name of the server from 'Ansett Aeronautica' to 'Ansett Aeronautica | Road to 50'. The next day, he vanished again with no explanation why. Since then he has rejoined but then immediately left a couple times. Since then, nothing has really happened and I have been keeping Ansett quiet. However, Ansett has a new manager by the name of Avhocki who is now in charge of running Ansett.
